Kamikaze Robots App Reviews

This is hella fun once u get how it works. Two things - ya gotta press the button enuf to make sure the bot lands on his feet or he wont get big air. And when his legs r gone u need to tilt him like a cannon to shoot the head for max distance.

I love this thing. Getting through the later levels is really tough but it can be done. I max out jump and spin at the expense of armor and explosion. What do others do?

This game is so rad! I like how i can update my robot, but I wish i could change the color. Oh well, its still fun expecially when my bots head explodes!

Nothing feels better then winning a race with your robot head exploding past the finish line.

Simple to learn controls that are almost impossible to master. Tons of fun!

When the robot explodes, there should be a KAA-BOOOOOOOM sound. Fun game.

Im still trying to finish tourn, and already Im thinking about going back and trying it with different robot upgrades. So many games seem to be really short, but with this one I feel like I got my moneys worth. I wonder how long it will take me to get all the trophies? I think it would be cool if they did a Futurama version of this, with Bender versus all the other robots. As Hedonism-Bot once said "Let the games begin!"

This game is so much fun

I was hooked the second I started.but,I think you should be able to change your robots color and get special items, like better armor, for winning certain trophies

The actually game mechanics are solid, everything a quick pick up game should be. The 2 Big problems for me are Stability of the App (or lack there of) and Loading. The last game I played that had this much loading was The Elder Scrolls: Obilivion on Xbox 360, but I digress... Below is a general summary of me launching Kamikaze Robots from the Springboard on iPhone 2g, iPhone 3g, and iPod Touch 2g ( I should note that the loading times on the iPod is the fastest) If you wrangled in the amount of loading and or loading times alone, I would come back and throw ya 5 stars easily... - Boot Up - *Loading* - Splash Screen - *Loading* - Splash Screen - Hilariously Loud Soundtrack (Loudest sound to ever come out of my iPhone or iPod, Not a bad thing, just loud. And you can disable it.) - Enter Tournament - *Loading* - Select where your going to be doing your controlled falling. - *Loading* - Get kicked off Techno Mountain. - (insert Variable: if you fail and have to retry multiple times Kamikaze Robots might take a dirt-nap.) - If you win - *Loading* - Upgrades if you got em - *Loading* - Rinse and Repeat...

Pretty much my favorite game Ive got and I have about 40

This is a great game but would be even cooler if there was online multiplayer

One of my favorite games on my phone. Simple but unique premise, easy to play with one hand, and gets more challenging as you go.

Its a awesome game.. But whats with the random crashes?

I loved this app, until I upgraded to iOS 4... now it plays in super-super-super stuttery slow motion (whether I quit all other running apps or not).
